1. The service

술직사이 (Suljiksai) ("the service") is a web app that writes conversation question and dare cards from the details you give it about the people playing.

There is a party mode played by passing one device around, and a couple mode where two people answer one question a day on their own devices.

2. Cards are generated automatically

Card text is written in real time by generative AI. It is not reviewed by a person beforehand, so it may be inappropriate or factually wrong.

The service applies a safety policy and automated filters that prohibit alcohol coercion, physical danger, requests for sexual contact or nudity, and requests for personal data — but it does not guarantee that every case is caught.

You can skip any card and report it. You never have to answer a question or do a dare you don't want to.

3. Your responsibilities

Do not take another player's answers outside the service without their consent.

Do not use the service to threaten or defame anyone, or for any unlawful purpose.

You must be at least 14 years old to use the service.

4. Paid features

One question a day is free. Party mode is free up to heat 2 and all three depths; heat 3 (romance and desire) is paid. Access to past entries, adult mode, and design packs are also paid.

Access to past entries and adult mode are recurring subscriptions. Past entries renew yearly and adult mode renews monthly; they keep billing until you cancel. The romance and desire unlock and design packs are one-time purchases and do not renew. The amount and the interval are shown before you pay. The currency depends on where you open the checkout page from: in the United States and some other places that use the US dollar, prices are in US dollars, and in Canada in Canadian dollars, with any applicable sales tax added at checkout; in Korea and everywhere else, prices are in Korean won with tax included. If you have paid before in a different currency, a subscription may be charged in that currency and taxed the way that currency is; either way, the currency and amount shown on the checkout page right before you pay are final.

You can cancel any time from Manage or cancel inside the app. Cancelling stops the next charge; the period you already paid for runs to its end, without a refund.

5. Changes and discontinuation

The service is run by an individual and may change or be discontinued with prior notice.

If the service shuts down while you have a paid subscription, the unused portion is refunded.

6. Limits of liability

The service is for entertainment. It is not counselling, therapy, or medical advice.

The service is not responsible for what happens between players as a result of a card. What you ask and what you answer is your choice.
