1. What we collect

Party mode — the names you type for players, the occasion (optional), any answers you choose to save (optional), and a random identifier for the device. Unless you buy something there is no account; a name is just what people call each other at the table and does not need to be a real name. Only when you pay in party mode do you sign in with an email address — so that what you bought stays with you if you change devices or clear your browser.

Couple mode — your email address (for sign-in), a display name, your daily answers, and the time zone of the device that created the couple (for example, America/Vancouver). If the device doesn't report a time zone, we store the one estimated from where the request to create the couple came from instead (only the name of the time zone is stored). The time zone is used only to decide when that couple's day changes.

If you pay, we store the customer identifier issued by the payment provider, your subscription status, a record of one-time purchases (payment identifier, time of payment, and whether it was refunded), and the time a paid feature was first used (used to decide refund eligibility). We never store or receive your card number, expiry date, or CVC.

2. What is stored in your browser

`sai_device_id` — a random value identifying the device (party mode)

`sai_session_v1` — a game in progress. Expires after 6 hours

`sai_party_checkout_v1` — when you step out to pay for a party-mode product (romance & desire, adult mode), a note that this tab went to checkout, plus — if you left from the party screen — the player names, occasion and settings you were entering (including the two people picked for couple questions). Deleted as soon as you come back to the site (including with the back button), ignored after 30 minutes, and never sent to our server

`sai_metrics_v1` — usage stats. Stays on your device; never sent to our server. The exception is a few stage names — whether the couple-mode prompt was seen, opened or tapped, whether the share button was pressed, and which route you arrived by (a name we attach to our own links, such as a share link or a blog post) — which we total per day on the server. Nothing identifying you is sent with them

`sai_at` / `sai_rt` — sign-in session cookies (couple mode, and party mode when you pay)

`sai_login` — ties a sign-in code to the browser that requested it, so the code only works there. Holds only a hash of your email address (not the address itself), an expiry time and a random value. Expires after 10 minutes

`sai_rf` — marks that a sign-in refresh was just attempted, so the refresh does not repeat. Expires after 10 seconds

`sai_lang` — your chosen language

3. Third parties — please read this one

To write cards, we send the player names, saved answers, and the occasion you typed to Google's generative AI (Gemini). That data is processed on Google servers, including servers in the United States.

In other words, what you write here is not seen only by us. Do not write anything you would not want disclosed.

We also use Supabase (Seoul region) for the database and Vercel for hosting. Access logs may be processed outside your country as part of hosting.

Visit statistics are processed by Vercel as well. We count how often each page was opened, and from which country, device and referrer. No cookies, no identification of individuals, and none of your answers or names are sent — only the page address.

We send email through Resend. Your email address, and your partner's display name, are passed to them when we send a login code, tell you your partner answered, tell you a connection ended, or warn you that history is about to be deleted. Their servers are outside your country.

When you start a payment, your email address and our internal user identifier are passed to the payment provider (Stripe). Payments, receipts and refunds are handled there, on servers outside your country.

4. Retention and deletion

Couple mode history is the core value of the product, so while you are connected we keep it until you ask us to delete it.

Once a connection ends, that history can no longer be opened in the app. If the couple had the history subscription, both people can download it as a file for 30 days. Regardless of any subscription, you can ask to see or delete your own personal data at any time using section 5 below.

After that window there is no longer a reason to keep it, so the answers are deleted. The question text is deleted too, because it can contain names or echo an answer. Deleted records cannot be recovered. Only non-identifying records such as dates, heat, depth and the couple's time zone name remain.

If the couple had the history subscription, we send one more notice 7 days before deletion. We do not delete before that notice reaches you, and we wait at least 3 days after it does. If it never gets through, we delete 14 days after the download window ends. You can keep downloading while we wait.

Party mode history is not linked to an account and is tied only to the device's random identifier. It is deleted after 30 days.

Payment records are kept for the period required by applicable law, for disputes and tax purposes.

5. Your rights

You can request access, correction, deletion, or suspension of processing. Contact support@suljiksai.com.

For couple mode, deleting your account also deletes your answers. Shared history also belongs to your partner, so we will explain what will be deleted before proceeding.
