Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Cancelling

You can cancel a subscription at any time. You keep access until the period you already paid for ends, and it does not renew after that.

Cancelling gives you the rest of the period you paid for, not your money back. We do not refund the unused part of a period you cancel in the middle of.

2. Refunds

We do not refund subscription fees or one-time purchases as a rule. For a subscription, cancelling lets you use the period you already paid for instead. The three cases below are the exceptions.

Full refund within 7 days of payment if you have not used the paid features. This applies to subscriptions and to one-time purchases (the romance and desire unlock) alike. Whether you used them is decided by the time the service recorded for first use of a paid feature — past entries count as unused if the screen was never opened, adult mode if no heat 3 or 4 card was served, and the romance and desire unlock if no heat 3 card was served. For the couple product, either partner opening it counts as use.

For digital content, the right to withdraw may be limited once you begin using it. However, if the service was faulty or not as described, we refund regardless of use.

If the service shuts down, we refund the unused portion.

A refund closes whatever that payment unlocked. One-time purchases are no exception: a refunded unlock locks again.

3. How to request

You can cancel yourself from Manage or cancel inside the app — on the past-entries screen, on the party setup screen while you subscribe to adult mode, and on the couple screen after a connection ends or while you wait for a new one.

If you paid through a payment provider, you can also request a refund through their customer support.

4. If a couple breaks up

The subscription stays with the person who paid. When the relationship ends the partner's access is removed, but the payer keeps the remaining period and can carry it into a new relationship.
